“Dr. Stefani”

Stefani Hayes ND, LAc, (she/Her) is a highly respected clinician at Seven Dragons Integrative Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She has extensive expertise in women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care. As a licensed naturopathic physician (ND), licensed acupuncturist (LAc), and practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (AT-MAT), she brings a comprehensive, integrative approach to supporting individuals and families throughout every stage of their reproductive journey.

Dr. Hayes earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Behavior from Mount Holyoke College. She has completed advanced post-graduate training in Five Element acupuncture, fertility medicine, pregnancy support, and Maya Abdominal Therapy. Her specialized training also includes intrauterine insemination (IUI) with fresh and frozen sperm, Zymot-assisted fertility procedures, and low-volume, high-concentration intrauterine PRP infusions.

Known for her compassionate, collaborative style, Dr. Hayes works closely with patients who are navigating fertility challenges, preparing for pregnancy, undergoing IVF, recovering postpartum, or seeking holistic support for complex reproductive health concerns. She is especially passionate about creating inclusive, affirming care for all individuals and families, including single parents by choice and LGBTQ+ patients.

In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Hayes is a dedicated educator who lectures locally and nationally on fertility medicine. Outside the clinic, she enjoys gardening, backpacking, baking sourdough, and spending time with her wife and two daughters. Her greatest professional joy is helping patients build healthy, thriving families and supporting them long after their fertility journey begins.

Why We List Pronouns

Pronouns Matter

We include pronouns on our providers' profiles to help foster respectful, inclusive communication and ensure patients know how our team members prefer to be addressed. Sharing pronouns can help create a welcoming environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and respected. It also supports clear communication between patients, providers, and staff, helping us deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
