“Dr. Rachel”

Welcome! I’m Dr. Rachel (she/her), a dedicated naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist, specializing in reproductive health. With an integrative approach that merges traditional  medicine and research-backed treatments, I utilize a diverse set of tools to empower you to  feel your best. Whether you need support balancing your hormones, navigating transitions such as postpartum and menopause, or building your family and getting pregnant, I am  here to support you in achieving your goals.

My journey into integrative medicine began with my own diagnosis of polyendocrine  metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS, previously known as PCOS), and my firsthand experience of how comprehensive and eLective a holistic approach can be. With the  support of naturopathic and Chinese medicine practitioners, I learned about the root  cause of my symptoms and healed in a way that was deeply transformative. I know how  frustrating it is to manage chronic disease, and how important wellness is to experiencing the fullness of life.

We work collaboratively as a team at Seven  Dragons, where I continue to deepen my expertise in reproductive health. I have completed  Dr. Stefani's Fertility Fellowship, been certified in Pelvic Floor Therapy under the  mentorship of Dr. Kathryn Kloos, and trained extensively in Maya Abdominal massage and  fertility acupuncture.
